Cookie Notice
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Propiapix sorts cookies into three groups. Functional cookies and browser storage are strictly necessary for the site to work or remember choices you make, so they are always on; storage like this is exempt from consent under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Performance and advertising cookies are optional and stay off until you accept them. We do not use any performance or advertising cookies yet, and nothing is set by a third party on our pages; if we add them, they will only run with your consent.
What we store
| Name | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token (cookie) | Keeps you signed in. Set only when you log in. | Until you log out, refreshed while you use the site |
| tlrm-cookie-consent | Remembers your cookie choices, so the cookie box isn't shown again | Until you clear it |
| tlrm-language | Remembers the language you picked | Until you clear it |
| tlrm-currency, tlrm-size-unit | Remember the currency and area unit you picked | Until you clear it |
| tlrm-cash-flow-v1, tlrm.portfolio.v1 | Keep your cash-flow model and portfolio in this browser before you sign in | Until you clear it |
| tlrm.mySpecials | Remembers the map Specials you added before signing in | Until you clear it |
| tlrm.marketplaceName, tlrm-social-selected | Remember your display name and selected social accounts in the tools | Until you clear it |
Third-party sites
When you pay, you are taken to Stripe Checkout on stripe.com, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention under Stripe’s cookie policy. Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap and some photos load from Google; these do not set cookies on our site, but they do receive your IP address. See the Privacy Policy.
Your choices
You can change your optional cookie choices at any time.
Controlling storage
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you remove the sign-in cookie you will be logged out; removing the others resets your preferences.
