Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Propiapix (https://propiapix.com). Propiapix is run by an individual (sole trader) based in the United Kingdom(“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What Propiapix is
Propiapix lets you search property developments and resale listings, analyse markets and cash flows, and, for brokers, create marketing material and publish it to social media. We are not an estate agent, broker, financial adviser or lawyer, and we are not a party to any property transaction.
2. Listings and figures are for information only
- Listing details, prices, photos and rental data come from third-party sources and brokers. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always check them with the broker or developer.
- Market analysis, cash-flow projections, returns, travel times and AI-generated answers are estimates. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Get professional advice before you buy, sell or invest.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your password secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright and privacy;
- upload a voice, face or likeness that is not yours unless you have the person’s permission;
- publish misleading property listings or marketing;
- scrape, overload, or try to break or get around the site’s security or limits;
- post spam, abuse or unlawful content in Specials, comments or social posts.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload or create. You give us a licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI and social-media providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Specials and comments you publish are visible to everyone. You are responsible for content you post to social media through Propiapix.
6. AI-generated content
AI tools can make mistakes and can produce results that look real. Check AI output before you rely on it or publish it, and make sure marketing is accurate and lawful where you publish it.
7. Plans, credits and payments
- Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Credits are used when you run a paid action. If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days to cancel a purchase, but by using credits or a plan’s paid features during that time you ask us to start supplying digital content and lose the right to cancel for what you have used.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Third-party services
Some features rely on services such as Stripe, social-media platforms and broker CRMs. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Propiapix running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or stop features. If we stop a paid feature, we will refund unused prepaid amounts for it.
10. Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on listings, estimates or AI output, or for business losses such as lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Propiapix and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Delete your data). We may close accounts that break these terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of your local law and can bring claims in your local courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you on the site or by email before they apply.
